be careful, Thomas Sochart, a "German activist" (vaeter-aktuell.de) cannot be trusted, Yes, he sent me a few postage stamps and he kindly visited me in JVA Loerrach (whilst awaiting "deportation") but I suspect that was for self-promotion....or he is unstable...because when it gets "hot" he is NOT ... 1) HE PROMISED : - To visit my little girl Noela's kindergarten with me....(so that I could obtain information about her health WELFARE , education, simply to know something about her daily life) he BROKE that promise...(half an hour of his time BEFORE we both went on local radio dreyeckland - to promote problems of estranged parents - and HIS website, of course) RESULT : I eventually got arrested going to that kindergarten/neighbourhood trying to get īnfo"on my own... 2) HE PROMISED : - To help rescue my valuable items , obviously under threat from waether/state/neighbours whilst i was held 6 MONTHS in "deportation"-detention/U-Haft awaiting a "hearing" ....He didnt do anything (not even phone one friendly neighbout as asked to arrange to pick up my goods, one phone call was all I asked...) RESULT : I LOST virtually EVERYTHING I owned, house damaged, furniture, Tv ,; computers, 40 year old music collection, family photos & souvenirs etc...(of course my children are both estranged and thats the most important thing but....) 3) HE PROMISED : - to ATTEND the "hearing" at the Freiburg "court"(Amtsgericht) on 4th April 06 as my only allowed witness....(I was outnumbered 7-1 that day, by the prejudiced state attorney ; his buddy, the corrupt policeWOMAN , the unwanted translator , a neighbour of the mother(margit) , an inept lawyer who just wanted to "surrender" ; margit and her own lawyer , there to protect her client from MY cross-examination...)..he didnt appear.... RESULT : there was no īndependent"person to WITNESS continuation of the violation to my childrens rights or listen to them threaten me if I didnt stop complaining and with TWO years imprisonment should I try to visit my children (held hostage in "germoney"again...
